| ~Stud Service~ Availability and Requirements |
1. Fee for Stud Service is $1,000 for Stryker, $750 for Jack (Silver-
factored), a price equal to the sale of a single puppy. Bitch owner
agrees to pay the stud service fee in full at the time of the breeding.
Stud owner will not sign litter registration until the entire amount of the
stud service fee is paid, including reimbursement of any breeding
related expenses, if any, occurred to the stud owner. The option of
‘pick of the litter’ will be at the sole discretion of the stud owner.
2. If 1 puppy or less are born, a return service will be available at no
additional charge to bitch owner on the same bitch at her next heat if the
owner so desires. The bitch owner must notify the stud owner in writing
that 1 or no puppies resulted from the breeding, no later than 10 days
past the due date of the bitch noted in this agreement, or a repeat
service will not be given. If the owner does not wish to receive a repeat
service, the stud owner will be under no additional obligation and this
breeding will be considered complete and this agreement will be
terminated. If a repeat breeding is performed and the bitch again
produces 1 or no live puppies, this agreement will at that time be
terminated with no further obligation due to the bitch owner from the
stud owner. The stud owner will offer only one repeat breeding. The
repeat breeding is only offered at the bitch’s next heat cycle.
3. The stud owner and the bitch owner will provide to each other, at the
time of breeding or before , AKC registration copy, copies of OFA and
CERF clearances, copies of documentation of current vaccinations,
rabies certificate, AKC pedigree copy, and the original Brucellosis test
results done within 14 days prior to this breeding. Should the breeding
need to take place before a Brucellosis test can be performed on the
Stud, the bitch owner will be notified and the bitch will be bred at the
bitch owner’s discretion. It is preferred that a reasonable notice be
given to the stud owner in regards to the bitch owner’s intentions for
breeding.
4.The bitch owner will bring the bitch in good health and in season. The
bitch can stay with the stud owner for a maximum of 7 days. Starting on
day 8, a boarding fee of $25 per day will be applied and due to the stud
owner at the time the bitch is returned to the bitch owner. Stud owner
will not sign registration papers until any due amount is paid in full.
5. The stud owner will provide a clean, safe environment for the bitch,
taking care of any explicit instructions from the bitch owner. The bitch
will be bred as soon as she will stand. The stud owner will make every
attempt to make this a successful breeding. The stud owner will provide
food for the bitch unless otherwise sent by bitch owner.

6. Any bitch found unsuitable for breeding or cannot be bred due to
viciousness or any other extreme behavior problem, will be returned to
the owner(s) of record immediately along with half of the stud fee.
7. It is the responsibility of the owner(s) of the bitch to advise the
owner of the stud of any habits, behavioral problems, medical
conditions or special needs of the bitch described above.
8. No puppies of this breeding will be offered for sale through any dog
broker, pet store, affiliate programs, raffles, auctions, flea markets, pet
wholesalers, backyard breeders, or puppy mills.
9. All names and addresses of buyers of all puppies resulting from the
above breeding shall be provided to the owner of the stud upon
request.
10. The bitch owner hereby agrees that his or her bitch is cared for and
handled by the stud owner without liability on the stud owner’s part for
loss or damage to the bitch from accidents, injury, disease, theft, fire,
or other unavoidable causes or injury to persons, other animals, or
damage to property caused by the bitch when due diligence and care
have been exercised by the stud owner.
11. If the need arises, the stud owner will provide veterinary care for
the bitch at the stud owner’s choice of veterinary clinic/hospital.
Except in an emergency, when the bitch owner cannot be contacted,
the stud owner will consult with the bitch owner prior to any veterinary
intervention. The bitch owner will reimburse the stud owner for any
such veterinary expenses.
12. The bitch owner will keep the bitch separated from any other male
dogs during and after her heat cycle. The bitch and resulting puppies
will receive proper care, housing, and nutrition. Veterinary care for the
bitch and any resulting puppies will be given if/when needed.
13. If a puppy is to be taken in place of the stud fee, the bitch owner
will allow stud owner to select a puppy between the ages of 4-6 weeks
old, before any other puppies from the litter are sold or given away.

We have 1 male that is 'sometimes' available for stud service to approved females. Stryker has sired Light Silver and Charcoal Silver puppies when bred to a Charcoal Silver female, and all Light Silver litters when bred to a Light Silver females. He has been DNA profiled with AKC. Please refer to the tab "Our Labs" for information regarding our dogs as well as the "Pedigrees" tab to see our blood lines. We'll need to be certain this mating will be a good combination, without crossing any bloodlines. |
